Return Policy

The X5-CD units are custom built to order, and they comes with a one year warranty covering any defects in workmanship or materials. Equine Automation, LLC will repair all material and workmanship defects free of charge for (1) year after the date of purchase. Battery is considered a wear item and has a (1) year replacement warranty. The warranty does not cover damage, losses, or injury caused by unauthorized repairs, alterations, improper connection, shipping, abuse, theft, neglect or collateral loss. In most cases a repair can be handled without returning the unit to the factory. The Feeder is designed to be modular, meaning that with basic hand tools, most repairs can be field serviceable.

Only shipping expenses related to warranty issues are cover by Equine Automation, LLC. If you are dissatisfied with the product, please call to discuss a return. If the product has been mounted, damaged by user or animals, has had feed in it, and it is deemed we are unable to resell the returned product, you may be entitled to a partial refund, based on what, if any, parts are usable in rebuilding the unit. Please contact Equine Automation, LLC for authorization prior to shipping any components.
