Shipping Policy

The X5-CD Units are hand built to order. Any orders of 2 or less will be shipped out within 5 business days, per your chosen shipping method. All units are shipped with insurance to cover any damage that could occur in shipping. Our primary shipping company is UPS for domestic shipments. For international shipments we may choose an alternative carrier, based on destination.

Production time before you should expect your order to ship

1-2 Units: 1-5 business days

3-5 Units: 5-10 business days

6-10 Units: 10-20 business days

10+ Units: Please call ahead so we can order or make additional parts to accommodate.

If you plan to order more than two units, please contact us if you have a time requirement, and we can let you know if it is possible to accommodate.

Equine Automation will cover return shipping costs under warranty from defects. It is the customer responsibility to cover return shipping if the unit is returned in new condition for a refund.

Accessories: Add-ons and accessories to the X5-CD are all stocked in limited quantity. Most orders will be shipped out within 2 business days, per your selected shipping method. You should expect a delay if more than 10 units are ordered, as we may not have the inventory available, but would send a partial order if requested. Add-ons are customized by Equine Automation for compatibility, so restocking inventory does take some time before we can ship.
